could be stuck open thermostat is the fan blowing not a fuse can always open hood and check radiator to make sure its full and then add to over flow jug and then crank car run til you can feel radiator hoses to heat about ten minutes should be smaller heater hoses you can feel to see if coolant is passin gthru them both if on eis not hot as other hoses then heater core it pluged most likely thermostat if the fan works and heater did work but now it dont thats what id replace

Check heater valve operation,under hood mounted on the firewall,passenger side.More likely than heater core or fuse.
