That sounds like a lot for a car with that many miles, l do not care if it is a Honda or not. Honda is resale value is WAY over what it should be. Even still, that seems high.

according to kelley blue book, you should be paying around $7,000 - $8,000 for a civic of that condition.
however, 175,000 miles seems like kind of a lot.

It is a bad deal. It has too many miles. Personally, l would pay $3500 for that car, if it is in pristine condition.

Hell no, a civic with that many miles and 4 door? LX? should be like 3 or 4 grand. My advice is dont get it.

no..i would never go for that..you could find one with under 100,000 miles for under 5,000 dollars.so just take your time and look around
