l do not live in or near NJ.so l can not answer the first question.

they r all about the same..none r really 'better' than any other. do u like the little fog lights? if so, get an early one. the later ones got a slightly better engine & they kinda fixed the roof leaks.

the si is better, the vtec is better still.

it is not a bad car. he can not easily have sex in it (at least not with the girls that car will draw), & in s trim, it is too slow to crash.

do not do it. that car is heavy enough as it is. adding pounds of useless crap is the last thing it needs. also, the doors r a bunch of that car is structure, do not fool with them.
