their site looks like every other honda dealer is generic site, so it is probably legit.
i'm a little concerned that they do not list their dealership or location anywhere on the site, but that is not too uncommon (it prevents people from price shopping the site against the dealer).
their prices ARE crazy low, the one part l looked up was listed at 18% over cost, which is pretty darned low.
make sure they are not going to rape you on shipping.
