l moved the steering wheel and now it wont let me start the car.

My old Nissan used to do this. The problem is your wheels are not aligned straight. Next time you park the car line up the wheels to face forward. Its a security meansure in most cars

But for now put the key in the ignition. Turn your steering wheel hard to the right or left (whihever is easiest) and try to turn the ignition. KEep trying - it should work eventually.

The wheel should shift a little. Turn is as far to the left as you can, and turn the key while you're holding it in that position

Turn the wheel opposite of the direction that it wants to turn (the only way it will move at all, but it will move just a fraction of an inch) and while holding the wheel in that position, turn the key to unlock it. The steering wheel is torqued against the locking tumblers.
