l have a 1994 honda civc and about a year ago my horn and cruise control stopped working l really cant find the right fuse l think but l checked all of my fuses and they are all good. l do not know what could be the problem. if u know can you help

What is the link here, the steering wheel, get a chilton from Pep boys for the make and model of your car, makes it so much easier, and go into steering wheel electric controls, probably loose wire or connection there.

check the relays under the hood,they are on the right hand side,and you should also check the relays in the fuse box

there is a horn relay in the underhood fuse box that is the power source for the cruise control set switches on the steering wheel as well as for the horn. that is the one thing that both systems have in common so the chances r extremely high that u have a bad horn relay.

most relays on the honda is r interchangeable. l suggest u go to the underhood fuse & relay box on the passenger side & look on the cover to find the horn relay. then find another relay of the same side & shape & swap the relays to test. the relays simply pull out & plug in. if the horn works with another relay installed then you've found ur problem.

my bet is that the horn relay is bad.

If you flip the fuse panel around under your dashboard, you may find your fuse diagram. Look for the 7.5 amp fuse for your cruise control and replace it with your spare if necessary.

Under your hood, look for the 15 amp fuse for your car is horn and replace it with your spare if necessary.
