l was driving at about 50 mph.The car sputtered a little and then the gauges went to 0.The vehicle was not overheated.l had it towed to my apartment and now l have notice a substantial leak of antifreeze just below the radiator.l have not had a chance to really take a look at it yet, but l looked it over and did not see anything obviously wrong.THe battery and starter are strong.When l try to start the car, it sounds like it is about to turn over, but just doesn't.What could be the cause of all this?

Check fuel, oil, make sure your geting gas threw spray some starting fluid in there

check all the fluids, make sure the engines getting enough spark and fuel, and try to fix that antifreeze leak before u try to run it for a longer period of time. also just look over the engine really good for anything that could be wrong

l had an Isuzu Rodeo, the original version of the Honda Passport, that did the same thing during the worst of rush hour. The problem was a dead fuel pump and that was a very expensive repair.

The antifreeze leak ? yeah, mine did that too. The dealer replaced the radiator and all the hoses. twice. Under warranty, fortunately.

There is a reason Isuzu is no longer in the passenger vehicle business.
